• Professional experience in project management or several years of experience as a lead architect
• Good command of German and English
• Experience across all SIA service phases
• Strong design and construction knowledge
• Structured, motivating leadership personality
• Proficient in CAD software, preferably with Revit knowledge
• Interest in new tools, AI applications, and trends in the construction industry
