• Development and review of spatial concepts as well as façade and material concepts
• Graphic preparation of designs for meetings and presentations with clients, for coordination with specialist planners, and for authorities
• Ensuring compliance of plans with standards and building regulations across all project phases
• Preparation of detailed and construction drawings
• Independent organization of the planning process in coordination with the project management
• Coordination of planning interfaces within the project team
• Participation in SIA phases 31–53 (preliminary design to execution)

• Professional experience in project management or several years of experience as a lead architect
• Good command of German and English
• Experience across all SIA service phases
• Strong design and construction expertise
• Structured and motivating leadership personality
• Proficient in CAD software, preferably with Revit knowledge
• Interest in new tools, AI applications, and trends in the construction industry
